Letters via. Arbor
Please be advised that we have officially changed our communications tool from ParentPay to Arbor as of Monday 24th April 2023. Although we do not expect there to be an interruption to the service as Arbor is our pupil information management system, please do notify us if you become aware of communications that you have not received.
You may notice with this change that emails will now come from the school admin address (email@example.com) and you will be able to reply directly to them. You will no longer receive general school communications from ParentPay.
Please note that we will continue to use ParentPay for payment items (meals, trips, Breakfast Club, After School Club etc), so please keep your ParentPay account open as all school payments will need to be made through ParentPay. If our Credit Control department need to contact you, this will come from firstname.lastname@example.org as it does now.
Please note that this does not change how the school uses Class Dojo.
As mentioned, you should not notice a change other than where the emails come from. There is no action required on your part to enable you to receive our communications.
In addition, please be advised that going forward, if your child is not in school and the school have not been advised of the absence, a text message will be sent in the first instance. On receipt of this text message, please contact the school office at your earliest convenience to report the absence and reason.
