    Preloved Book Donations Needed

    Dear parents and carers,

St Mary Cray Primary Academy are currently working on a charity project in partnership with Vonvil, by donating our old, pre-loved school library books to children in developing countries.

We would love parents and children to get involved in this project too! Please could you have a look through all of your children’s books at home; any that you feel are no longer wanted or perhaps too young for your child, please bring them in to school on Tuesday 21st March. These books will then be donated to this very worthy cause.

Please could we kindly request that the books are in a good, reusable condition.

    Many thanks in advance,

    Mrs Reynolds

Dress Up Wild Day for Earth Week

As part of the Earth Week celebrations, we are holding a 'Dress Up Wild Day'!

For a donation of £1, children can come in to school dressed up as much or as little as they like; they may just want to wear a wild animal mask, or add spots and stripes face paint. They may want to dress in their favourite animal onesie, or animal print top!

Part of the donation collected will be used to sponsor an endangered animal for the year at the WWF; the rest of the money will be split to the WWF, Big Cat Sanctuary and Just Earth.
