June 12th 2023 – June 16th 2023
June 16th 2023
n Friday 16th June 2023, the children in Sapphire Class will be visiting Godstone Farm as part of our ongoing learning about the world around us. The children will get to explore the farm, meet the animals and learn about them as well. We will also enjoy the Dinosaur tour.
On the day - We will leave school at 9:45am and will be travelling by coach (collected and dropped at school). We will be back at school for normal pick up time. If we are delayed you will be informed via Class Dojo.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch in a named backpack and a bottle of water (no sweets, fizzy drinks or glass bottles please). If you would like the school to provide your child with a packed lunch, please indicate this on ParentPay. Children will need to be dressed in full school uniform with a coat if the weather is wet and/or cold. Appropriate footwear should be worn i.e. if wet children can wear wellies.
Costs- The PTA is kindly funding the cost of the coach to get us to and from the farm. To cover the costs of entry to the farm and an exciting workshop, we would be grateful for a voluntary contribution which works out at £10.00 per child. We do not discriminate between those contributing and those who do not. All children will be able to participate provided we have sufficient contributions to make this financially viable.
Please be sure to make any payments via ParentPay and register your consent by Friday 26th May 2023.
