We have a number of facilities available for hire at St Mary Cray Primary Academy including indoor as well as outdoor space.

Facilities for Hire

We have the following facilities available for hire:

• School Hall
  Large school hall with wooden floors and plenty of natural light. External doors. Stage available on request. PA system. Chairs stored behind the hall.
  20m x 12.8m
  Capacity 200

 

• Meeting Room
  Medium meeting room with tables and chairs and laptop connectivity to a whiteboard projector.
  8m x 3.9m
  Capacity 8 seated

 

• Playground (including field)
  Large tarmac area with access to large playing field. Small gazebo and outdoor climbing and play areas.
  74.5m x 36m (Tarmac)
  83m x 56m (Field)

 

• Classrooms (various sizes)
  Details available on request.
  Capacity 30 seated

 

Hire of areas will include the following as appropriate:

• Toilets
• Car Park
• Fire Extinguishers
• First Aid Facilities

 

Times Available:

Facilities can be hired at the following times (subject to availability):

Mondays-Fridays	8:00am - 8:30am 3:15pm - 9:00pm
Saturdays	9:00am - 5:00pm
Sundays	9:00am - 12:00pm

Please note: No lettings will be permitted on Public or Bank Holidays.
