PTA Christmas Fair
This event will take place between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on 05/12/2019
PLEASE NOTE AMENDED TIMINGS
Dear parents and carers,
Please note that the PTA Christmas Fair this Thursday will be running from 2pm - 4pm over at the Oasis Hub.
The main school gates will be opened just before 2pm to allow you to collect your child/ren from their classroom and take them over to the Fair. The gates will be closed by 2:15pm for safeguarding reasons so please do ensure you arrive on time.
PLEASE NOTE - if you arrive after the gates have shut, please return to collect your child at the end of the school day as normal.
If you are not able to collect until later, your child will remain in class until they are dismissed at the end of the school day.
Children attending Tik Tok after school club will be looked after on the school premises. Please collect your child from the school office, calling staff on 07741 657460 on your arrival.
Children attending Harlequins Club will be dismissed from the School Office by HTS staff as normal.
