PTA Summer Fair

This event will take place between 2:00pm and 4:30pm on 15/07/2022

This Friday 15th July sees the return of the St Mary Cray Primary Academy Summer Fair, which has been organised by our wonderful PTA members.

We will have games, stalls, BBQ, DJ, bouncy castle, raffle and lots more fun!

The fair will run from 2pm until approx. 4:30 - 5pm. To ensure everyone is safe and has a great time, please find below details on collection on the day:

• 2pm: Main school gates will open early to allow parents, carers and family members to collect their children from their classrooms and join in the fun. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR CHILD, THEY ARE THEN UNDER YOUR CARE AND SUPERVISION WHILST ON THE SCHOOL SITE. They will not be permitted to re-enter the classroom.

• 2:30pm: Classroom doors will be closed; all children not yet collected will be taken to the Main Hall, where they will be supervised until normal collection time (3:15pm).

• Between 2:30pm and 3:30pm: Children MUST be collected from the School Office entrance. If you wish to attend the fair at this point, you will need to walk back around to the main school gates.

Please note that all children must be collected by 3:30pm, unless they are booked into our After School Club.
